VACB Series
VACB Charbroilers offer the most uniform deck profile of any heavy duty counter charbroiler in its class. Heavy duty 24″ deep cast iron grates, cast iron radiants and cast iron burner deliver years of reliable performance in the most punishing environments. The Achiever’s unique “supercharger” construction and heat deflector panels keep the heat focused above each burner and create a “cool zone” below the unit and protect your refrigerated base.

The VCCB design is positioned to support the production needs of a busy casual dining restaurant. The 22″ deep grates are standard along with 14,500 BTU aluminized steel burners every six inches. Also includes under-burner heat deflectors to protect your refrigerated base.

This Charbroiler recognizes the production needs of the independent operator. A low profile unit with a full 22″ deep cooking grate. Heavy cast iron burners, radiants and grates provide durability and performance in a busy kitchen. Full-width crumb trays and standard under-burner heat deflectors improve cooking performance and help protect under-counter refrigeration. VCRB units are easily convertible from Natural Gas to LP in the field.
